We create pellet production plants based on our customized project based on the requests provided by the customer starting from the study of the transformation of the available material up to the actual testing on the machines.
We are able to supply all the machines needed for the transformation chain, from the green log to the bagged and palletized pellet.
For this purpose we build and compose plants with chippers and bio-shredders for the grinding of logs and branches, refiners for shredding the material, loading tanks for the containment and dosing of the material, augers and conveyor belts, dryers for drying, dust collectors and bagging machines for packaging.

The materials can be biomasses coming from virgin wood such as waste from the wood processing chain, wood chips, waste from carpentry, sawmills, pruning, waste from the food production chain such as hazelnut shells, almonds, vine cuttings, olive pits and pomace, etc. Excellent results also in animal feed, with pelletization of animal flours, hay, etc.
